We set up in a designated room at your venue — typically a breakout room, separate hall space, or suite provided by your venue coordinator. We handle all the setup, supplies, and decor to make it a welcoming, fun space for the children. We just ask that you coordinate the room with your venue in advance.

Everything. We arrive with age-appropriate games, crafts, activities, and comfort items for infants and toddlers. We coordinate snacks with your catering team and bring a full first aid kit. Parents don't need to bring anything beyond their child's personal items (diapers, special comfort items, etc.).

We welcome children ages 6 months through 12 years. Our staff is experienced with all developmental stages and adjusts activities accordingly.

With our Luxe package, we send real-time photo updates to parents throughout the event so they can enjoy themselves with full peace of mind. Parents can also check in on their children at any time.

Yes. All Little Luxe Event Care staff are background checked, CPR and First Aid certified, and come from professional healthcare and caregiving backgrounds.

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for summer and fall dates, which fill quickly. A deposit is required to hold your date. Reach out today to check availability.

For the health and safety of all children in our care, Little Luxe Event Care reserves the right to refuse care for any child displaying symptoms of illness — including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, or discharge from the eyes or nose. We kindly ask that parents do not bring a child who is unwell. Please note that no refunds will be issued for children turned away due to illness. We appreciate your understanding in keeping all of our little guests healthy and happy.
